Here's a link for the "tracker" create it how ever you like. Copy and paste the code, go into your profile and paste it in your signature section. Save changes! This checker allows you to go to the site and change your weight and it will automatically change it on here....you don't have to copy and repaste it. Just change it on their site....bookmark it!
