4 broiled shrimp, 7 asparagus spears, 4 strawberries and a cup of tea. I am still hungry. Only have 15 calories left.

I had can of cold tuna on lettuce and a half of a pear.

I had can of cold tuna on lettuce and a half of a pear. I do something similar. I do a half a can of cold salmon on lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
