Tomorrow I'll be going on my first fast day of 2014.
Starting at 260lbs 5'9.
I procrastinated since new years, and wanted to get my stamina up to being able to jump rope 3 minutes non stop before Day1.
My goals are simple - weekends off . Fasting on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Some mondays ill fail leaving good chance of making 5:2 by fridays. I'll be jumping rope a little on fasting days if I've been sedentary. On non fasting days I'll be doing compound lifting. There's only 7 lifts so it keeps it simple. Also I'll be eating muscle healthy foods on non fasting days except Sunday. On Sunday I'll be going to an all I can eat buffet that I like to pig out on vegetables, fruits, and a small steak and lobster.
I'll post my before picture here picture Friday, looking for one of those scales where my wieght can be seen in picture, and once month till May second. 5-2-2014 where I hope to wiegh in at 30 lbs weight loss.
10lbs a month is my goal. I'll pick may 2 for rest of my life to review my diet goals. Hope y'all do too!
