Many factors can affect your skin and your skin – as your largest organ and first line of health defense – deserves to be protected.

Our skin really does need more love and attention than the average person gives. I have been very ignorant about skincare all my life. I used to go to beaches and sit in the sun all day long without using sunscreen. I didn't ever really thought much about skin care beyond using a moisturizer in the colder months. When I got in my late thirties I started noticing a lot of sunspots and just overall really dull-looking skin. That's when I started to get concerned and I went to see a dermatologist. She has been very helpful in helping me protect my skin from going forward. I use sunscreen religiously now and I have started using retinoids. This has made a ton of difference to my previously sad looking skin. I also take collagen supplements ( vitaminexpress.org/uk/collagen-supplements) and they are helpful in preserving the vitality of your skin. Do take some time out to study your skin and if you can, see a dermatologist for personalised support.

Hi. This is excellent advice and I think that I will also try to use such a cream. By the way, I have an excellent recipe for skin rejuvenation and you should definitely experience it for yourself. Pay attention to the wonderful cbd cream on this site blessedcbd.co.uk. It also has a unique premium quality cbd oil, which has helped me in the fight against the recent depression after the pandemic.
